“I found a site on the internet: The Master Locksmith. They have had some good reviews, so I thought I take a chance. I phoned them and they outlined what they would do. Basically, they will open the keyfob replace the rechargeable battery, re-solder it to the inside of the fob and reseal it, then ensure the buttons on the fob are cleaned and working. The cost is £30 plus £3.49 postage (plus the £8.75 I have just paid for first-class signed for), to be returned by them (usually) within 48 hours. Sent on the Monday, they received keyfob on the Tuesday, fixed on the Wednesday, sent on the Thursday, delivered on the Friday. I consider that as a result. Get in! 👍🏾”

“My house key had broken off in the front door lock. I took it apart and brought the 'barrel' section in to be replaced. Instead of selling me a new barrel part, not only did they somehow manage to extract the broken key and oil the lock, but also refused any payment for having done so. I ended up just having some new keys made. Definitely a very ethical business.”
