“Outstanding service! Start to finish, professional, prompt and polite. We chose the packing and move option, yes maybe a bit more but well worth it, as moving is stressful enough as is. Unlikely but if we move again, we will use them again and have no problem recommending them.”

“Simon Long Removals were brilliant, they were a very competitive quote, were flexible that we had a house to empty plus a storage unit. They were also very flexible with dates around a very busy period. The workers worked very hard and got everything done very quickly with no damage to anything.”

“Fabulous team. From time we enquired and confirmed all was efficient and had no issues at all. Especially the guys that moved me,Rob and David were great and helped both my sister and myself move. They were also very friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend them.”

“The whole experience with Simon Long Removals was a pleasure. Moving can be a stressful time but the actual physical process and the support leading up to my move date was handled professionally. The boxes for my move were delivered shortly after I made my booking which gave me plenty of time to plan and make sure that I was as packed as I could be on the day. My moving date moved back several times but this was never an issue. The day of the move went very smoothly and the three operatives worked very hard and everything was handled with care. I would recommend Simon Long removals to anyone.”

“They looked after us from the initial meeting and quote through to the actual move. All the staff were polite and curtious and it was so nice to have all the boxes available at no extra charge with no time pressures to return them. The actual move was so smooth you could actually say it was a pleasure! Would thoroughly recommend them.”

“Great removal team, on time and contents of large 4 bedroom house, plus garden stores and garage / workshop all loaded up on the 2 vehicles by just after 1200. The offload just as efficient and everything placed where we required. Plenty of dustsheets throughout, and all dismantling / re-assembly carried out efficiently. Great friendly team. Highly recommend Simon Long Removals, and even after a 25 year gap since our last move, same good level of service and care”

“From start to finish, we received a very professional and understanding service. The quote was competitive and administration excellent (especially when we had to change our moving date twice!). The icing on the cake was the removal team on the day. Professional, trustworthy and they carried out the whole move (long distance) with good humour. I am not in the Norfolk area any longer and have no plans to move again, however, if I did I would not hesitate to use Simon Long Removals again. Thank you”
