“We recently moved home using Simon Long and found them to be the best removals company by a mile. Whatever we asked of them with regard to where our stuff needed to be they did'nt complain at all and just got on with it. They all worked very hard and efficiently and completed our move hasstle free with no damage to anything at all. They were all very polite and i would not hesitate recommending them to others in the future. Many thanks David Bacon”

“Excellent service, flexible and helpful. We packed ourselves, with plenty of boxes and packing paper supplied by Simon Long. They then removed all the flattened boxes, wardrobe boxes and packing paper afterwards. All for a reasonable cost.”

“Simon Long made the move for my elderly parents very smooth. They were very professional and organised from the moment they came to give us a quote until they delivered. They packed and delivered my parents furniture and possessions with great care. They were always very friendly on the phone and answered it quickly. If they were not available they returned our call very promptly. We needed to changed our moving date and they were very understanding and managed to accommodate us. Would totally recommend Simon Long Removals for a calm and successful move. Well done Simon Long Removals 🙂”

“This was our 9th move and our first time with Simon Long Removals, by far the best and most professional company we have used, the estimator arrived on time, he was very smart and gave us all the relevent informaion we needed. On the day of the move the men arrived on time, were very pleasant and courteous, nothing was too much trouble, very efficient and careful with all our goods. This company is excellent and would highly recommend them.”

“From the estimation man to the lady in the office our experience was very positive. All three men were plesent and courteous. They worked very hard all day on one of the hottest of the year, honestly I don't know how they did it. They made our day a lot less stressful seeing our possessions being treated with care. I would recommend Simon Long to anyone looking for a hassle free move.”

“I was very satisfied with Simon Long in every way except one. They were good value, worked very hard in warm conditions, delivered everything safely and we're very courteous and helpful, throughout the process. There was only one slight issue that could have been better and that is communication regarding late arrival. The late arrival was not a major issue, but we were left waiting their arrival without any contact as to why. A simple phone call would have prevented the slight anxiety that this caused. I would recommend them.”

“Thoroughly impressed with the service. The removal guys on the day were excellent, nothing was too much trouble, very friendly. Professionally carried out, no damage or incidents. Nice to have a personal servey at the begining, someone to talk to and explain what happens. Also thanks to the office team, again very friendly to talk to.”

“We moved back in March and we were very pleased with the service. They were quick to answer queries, provide more boxes and tape and gave us a competitive quote. On the delivery end the crew were so helpful and even moved some items for us several times into different rooms. Would highly recommend Simon Long.”

“DON'T PANIC.... just get Simon Long folks to come along, pack you up and move you to your new location seamlessly. Simon Long moved us today which was a great experience, from the top to the bottom, Simon Long staff were supportive and seemed driven to give us the very best experience. “All the men were great and nothing seemed a problem for them. They handled all our items with car and everything arrived at the new house in one piece. It was also great to have the washing machine plumbed in straight away”
