“From start to finish Dave and Andy were brilliant they were on time every day, their work was clean, tidy and so professional, nothing was to much trouble and all they needed was a cup of tea with milk and one sugar! Everything they done was perfect and all scheduled to a fine art. Carl was great with his help and advise as was Rick when he came round to give us advise and an estimate. We cannot recommend RSF highly enough. Our new shower room looks absolutely amazing. Thank you all so much :-)”

“The RSF team recently completed work on my bathroom and it was truly excellent work. All the way through from the design stage, I had help making decisions, and the advice was clearly directed at the best outcome rather than on making additional sales. The installation team were friendly, skilled, and diligent at keeping the rest of the house as clean as possible. The final bill came in slightly under the estimate, despite some unexpected issues during the build. I really couldn't be happier with my decision to go with RSF.”

I recently purchased a vanity unit from them, and while it unfortunately arrived with some damage (these things happen!), the team at RSF Bathrooms went above and beyond to rectify the situation. They immediately took ownership of the issue and worked with Crosswater to get a replacement unit to me incredibly quickly. What truly impressed me was their genuine care for customer service. “We purchased a bathroom suite from RSF bathrooms. The staff were great, helping us get the products that met our needs. All was supplied as agreed and the quality of the suite was very good. RSF also kept us updated and fully informed regarding delivery timescales etc. Would definatly use again.”
