“Great Business Really pleased with the service from RSF. The showroom manager was very helpful and supplied useful CAD images to help in choosing Sanitaryware and Tiles etc. The fit team were excellent and did a great job. I am very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend this business for Bathroom refurbishment.”

“Ordered from RSF bathrooms recently for the first time. This was part of a big renovation project with a lot of sanitary ware. RSF were able to supply a part I couldn't get from any other supplier and they did so much quicker than expected. With difficult timescales, it's so helpful when a company exceeds expectations. I would definitley use them again. Five stars from me.”

“I bought a Matki shower enclosure from RSF. The price was good and, just as important, the follow up service prior to delivery was excellent - RSF liased with Matki to ensure that the delivery was on time and on the day that was convenient for me.”

“Very Good Customer Support. Ricky is excellent; advises you on what products will meet your technical needs, and he returns your calls! My experience of of other online suppliers is they will sell you anything and know very little about what they are selling you, which is costly when you have to return large items such as showers at your own cost. RSF do they opposite they understand your needs first and ensure you purchase the right products. Great service at a very competitive price.”

“RSF Bathrooms have just converted a utility room into a wet room for my disabled father and wife and it looks absolutely fabulous, the transformation is unreal. From my initial phone call to Rick, to design to installation nothing was too much trouble. Dave and Andy were amazing, making sure my dad was spoken to every step of the way in regard to what they were doing, along with keeping us in the loop. They were spotless, leaving the area they were working in very tidy. I cannot recommend them enough.”

“We recently had our bathroom renovated and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The products used were absolutely amazing — high quality, stylish, and finished to perfection. Chris, Bob, and Andy were fantastic from start to finish. They were incredibly efficient, worked quickly without compromising on quality, and paid attention to every detail. What really stood out was how immaculate everything was left at the end of each day — the clean-up was spotless, which made the whole process so much easier to live with. The team was professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free bathroom renovation with outstanding results!”

“Just had a shower room and bathroom installed by RSF Bathrooms, really pleased both rooms are stunning. Andy and Dave the fitters were brilliant , they worked really hard, they were always on time and cleaned up at the end of the day. Carl and Rick gave us good advice on the products. I would recommend RSF bathrooms .”

“Having previously used RSF for a bathroom and en-suite when we moved house and needed the bathroom and en-suite updating we knew exactly who to contact. Ricky came to see us and thought of an idea for the bathroom that we hadn’t considered. Carl designed it and Dave and Andy installed it plus the en-suite. The work has been carried out to an excellent standard and we are really pleased with our new rooms. Thank you RSF”

“We are really pleased with our new bathroom! From initial designs to finished product, we were kept informed and made to feel really cared for. The workmen were polite, friendly, and so so tidy. They put protective flooring down before starting and cleaned up after each day. Once the work was complete, a couple of small points were dealt with in a timely fashion.”

“Despite Northern Ireland being part of the United Kingdom this company does not deliver to us. I was told that the delivery companies require too much paperwork and they decided not to deal with Northern Ireland. DPD, one of their delivery firms, operate in Northern Ireland and deliver to ourselves frequently from companies both small and large. I assume from that that the paperwork is not a major issue. The order page at checkout for asks for a UK address not a Mainland UK address but I expect it was too much work to change that.”

“I had a problem with a part on a shower tray I’d purchased from RSF Bathrooms. I rang them and spoke to Luke, sent a couple of photos of the offending item. Luke looked into the problem straight away, contacting the manufacturer, got straight back in touch with me and said a replacement part would be with me in 2 to 3 days. Excellent customer service in my opinion, I’d certainly shop at RSF Bathrooms again. Thank you Luke.”

“Carl and the team have been brilliant from the start. They were very patient, listened to our needs and advised us on how best to use the space we had. Dave and team also made sure to share regular photos and video updates as they progressed with the installation which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend the RSF team to anyone considering a bathroom renovation as we were extremely pleased with our bathroom.”

“From start to finish Dave and Andy were brilliant they were on time every day, their work was clean, tidy and so professional, nothing was to much trouble and all they needed was a cup of tea with milk and one sugar! Everything they done was perfect and all scheduled to a fine art. Carl was great with his help and advise as was Rick when he came round to give us advise and an estimate. We cannot recommend RSF highly enough. Our new shower room looks absolutely amazing. Thank you all so much :-)”
