“Recently had RSF Bathrooms fully design, supply and install our bathroom and couldn’t be more impressed. From the design aspect Karl did a fantastic job and listened and created what we were looking for. Then the install the workmanship and detail could not be faulted, especially the tiling, Chris one of the installers really does go the extra mile with the tiling and attention to detail. Thank you all again and I would highly recommend to my friends and family in the future.”

“Great showroom and service. Once you have a look round their showroom and discuss what you want and how you want it to look they guide you comfortably and work out a detailed plan. They know what will work and stock good quality stuff that works. The fitting of my bathroom then went smoothly and the guys were very professional and kept tidy throughout. Finished result was beautiful! Highly recommend.”

“A lovely showroom and very knowledgeable staff. We ordered bathroom furniture and fittings and was very pleased with the quality. Our bathroom furniture was received promptly and with no problems. Would recommend RSF as their expertise are second to none.”

“We were unsure how to proceed with designing and choosing a shower room and were given lots of ideas and guidance. When we were ready the team turned up when they had arranged, were tidy, polite, efficient and the finish was even better than expected. We couldn’t praise RSF highly enough. “We recently had our new bathroom supplied and installed by RSF bathrooms. To say we are thrilled with the end result would be an understatement. The service we received from start to finish was second to none. Everyone we came into contact with from the showroom to the fitters were extremely polite, hard working, very professional and very knowledgeable.. I cannot recommend them enough, thank you to everyone at RSF for giving us our dream bathroom.”

“We were recommended to RSF by friends who had just had a complete renovation of their bathroom. When we saw what a great job RSF had done, we decided that they were the company we wanted to use. We had a 35 year old en-suite bathroom which we wanted replaced with a large walk in shower and all new bathroom furniture, tiles etc. We visited the showroom which is huge and chose everything. We had to wait about 3 months for a slot as they are very busy. Andy, Chris and Bobby were brilliant from start to finish. Each night they vacuumed and wiped down everywhere to try to minimise the dust. The advantage of having them project manage, order and fit everything (including booking the skip) meant we could just let them get on with it. Highly recommend this company and their skilled workforce.”

“Purchased a Duravit WC from RSF in May for a (rarely used) guest bathroom. Initially all seemed OK, but on first use, the seat & lid assembly kept becoming detached from the pan. I raised a query with RSF on 28/11/24 and sent photos & videos, after which no response received. I requested an update by telephone on 12 Dec and left 2 further messages but still no response. After sending an email, RSF replied say it was awaiting response & approval from Duravit. I telephone Duravit directly and this was not the case, as in fact their request had only been processed on 13/12. Now the toilet seat & lid fall off every time they're lifted & opened for use. If someone sits on the seat with any weight on the front, it pivots on front buffers and pops off mountings. Now I'm told it will take until mid/late January 2025 for replacement parts, leaving the WC pretty much unusable for another 6 weeks (with guests staying over Xmas & New Year). Interestingly, RSF website states 4-7 days delivery as new item. This is a wholly unsatisfactory situation. Duravit apparently hold no spares in UK! Other remedies include a refund of the item(s) concerned and I could seek replacement item elsewhere, or legal recourse. RSF was uncommunicative, unresponsive and initially tried to hide their lack of action. Their response has been extremely disappointing and lacked professionalism. I'm totally dissatisfied and frustrated and advise others to consider this before making a purchase.”

“Couldn’t recommend RSF any more highly! From Ricky’s first visit to take a look at our en-suite, we knew we’d be using RSF! He was very knowledgeable and came up with lots of ideas about how we could use the room best in terms of space but also to provide us with best value for money. We really enjoyed visiting the showroom and picking out our bathroom with Ricky and Carl’s help! They were super easy to contact whenever we had a question. We had Andy and Chris come and change our heating system for us, and then Dave and Andy return to fit the new bathroom. All of the guys were so kind, helpful & skilled. They all went above and beyond in helping us with the bathroom, and other plumbing/ just general issues while they were with us. We couldn’t have been more happy with our end result, a timeless ensuite that will serve us for years to come. Thanks again to the whole team!”
