“Absolutely 5 star service. Sent off photos of 6 keys from 2 cars, 2 sets of keys decoded and cut. (3 each car). Dispatched and delivered in quick time. “Absolutely obscene! I send them the code of the key for the Abus Granite Xplus lock I’d just bought (secondhand, 1 key), following a spate of motorcycle thefts at work (Heathrow Airport), even though I have more locks than any other bike around me, on Thursday at just after 1900, and I’m holding the new key at 1000 on Saturday. Bonkers. They’re the real deal and ask concerns I had evaporated when I received the envelope that’s clearly designed as to not give away what’s inside. 10/10”

“We had our caravan keys stolen out of our car, we had all sorts of trouble trying to get replacement keys from local caravan dealers who did,nt want to help. we found a local guy who services caravans,who managed to get the Barrel out of the locks which have a nunber on them,we gave this number to Replacementkeys and 2 days later we had new keys at a fraction of the price we had been quoted.”

“A fast and excellent service. The keys we ordered arrived the next day unfortunately there was a problem so I emailed straightaway and received a reply instantly. I was asked to send a photo and was told they could see my problem and a replacement would be sent immediately and sure enough the very next day a replacement arrived. Ian was brilliant and extremely helpful.”
