“Purchased danish design ladies watch with vegan strap £89. Very pleased with the watch, not so much the strap, which is very hard, unforgiving and uncomfortable. Chose the fabric option rather than leather as thought it would be softer, but it’s not. Now have to purchase a replacement strap. Nice watch, shame about the strap”

“I ordered a pair of reading glasses which were unfortunately had a delayed delivery. David in customer services communicated regularly to update me and kindly offered a 50% refund due to the delay as a goodwill gesture. The product is lovely, well packaged.”

“Alles Gut, auch vom Customer Support erhielt ich sofort Unterstützung. Brille gut angekommen. Da ich aus Österreich bin mußte ich zoll einfuhrumsatzsteuer und gebühr extra bezahlen. Das habe ich beim Bestellen nicht realisiert. Daher war dann die brille sicher um 30% teurer. Aber freut mich trotzdem, daß ich diese Brille, die ich wollte bekam! Mit freundlichen Grüßen Othmar”
