“I found KIS Finance from a basic Google search. Their website seemed professional and informative so I gave them a ring, Fortuantely I was put in touch with Sam. I needed a bridging loan very quickly and Sam rose to the occassion. He negotiated with the Finance company and most importantly he was in continuous communication with the solicitor to ensure my deadline was met. An excellent performance and highly recommended.”

“This is the third time I’ve used Sam O’Neill and I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else for bridging. He makes everything so simple and easy, knows the right people in the right places. He is also like a dog with a bone in terms of pushing things through for a timescale managing to get this purchase over the line for the stamp duty deadline saving thousands. This purchase ended up being really simple but in the past Sam has helped resolved issues with valuations and legal delays. Absolutely the best around - if your thinking of getting a bridging loan, give him a call!”

“I dealt with Phoebe at KIS and I really cannot commend her highly enough for the service we received from her - it was beyond 5*. Phoebe initially answered all the questions we had both verbally and then followed it up with email confirmation. “Great recent experience dealing with KIS on a short term bridging loan/mortgage related to a property sale. It was a pleasure to deal with Sam O'Neill who was very open and starightforward to deal with from the start and was extremely quick procuring initial offers and pushing the process along rapidly on all fronts. KIS were completely transparent and open throughout the entire process as well as being extemely focused on hitting key deadlines (vanishingly rare these days). I would certainly recommend KIS as a first port of call for bridging loan services.”

“KIS have proved the ony honest Bridging Company I have come across. Sam who dealt with our loan ensured we got the best available rate with lowest costs. KIS did not charge e a broker fee or any related fees from themselves and were always available when we needed advice. The forms to fill in were simple as well as the process and their due dillegince was effective but explained in a simple way. The original costs quoted were exactly to the penny what we paid on the completion statement with no hidden extras or sneaky additions. I would Trust Sam and KIS 100% as not everyone is either as honest or has your best interests to heart. Please see my warning below as this had been a previous experience with another organisation: We initially went direct to a lender and their initial costs including fees and interest were around 11 % as you moved down the process with constsnt aditional fees added (Including having to use a broker their group owned at 2.4 K their total costs was getting to be around 24%. They also did not like our solicitor and tried to force us to change. We pulled the plug and went to KIS who wer 100% honest and what they quoted is what we paid ! Well done KIS and Sam”
