“This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with.
They took £8,500 for one year from my ex-wife, and in the end, they refused to pay her any compensation using excuses — even though her car was worth £42,000.
They kept her case open for 7 months, claiming the police report was not ready, just so they could make sure they received the full yearly premium.
I strongly recommend that you do NOT sign any contract with this company.
She is now preparing to take them to court and file a legal claim against this terrible insurance company.”

“rang to change my daughter from learner to full licence and they wanted £200 for one months insurance on top of the monthly premium, extremely expensive annual renewal compared to 70% of other quotes - why on earth would you use them for a young female driver!!!!!”

“Awful customer service. Rang in to let them know that my employment had changed just three weeks before the policy is due to end to be told I have to pay an additional £93. Asked for a renewal quote and they said they couldn't until I had paid the £93. I bought insurance elswhere and won't go back to this shambles”

“Awful insurance company, cheap when you have a learner on your insurance but when they go from provisional to full licence the premium is more than double most other insurance companies.
This is clearly their business plan, make it cheap to have a learner and then extortionate as soon as they pass, and probably hope most people will just suck up the cost.
Laughable seeing as they market themselves as insurance for women and new drivers!”

“Shocking, £700 for 2 weeks. Appalling customer service. A women going by the name of ‘Aha Fa’ was very rude on the phone. Told us multiple different things to a different member of staff. Wouldn’t tell us details over the phone and ended the call on us. £700 for 2 weeks of insurance on a small engined vehicle. Shocking insurance provider. Definitely don’t reccomend.”
