“I purchased a plate from these guys however, due to health reasons I no longer drive. They utterly refused to re-imburse me even though at the time of purchase up until now I have been in hospital on several occasions due to poor health AND spent 4 months in hospital due to a coma and the staff showed NO understanding and were damn right rude on the telephone.”

“Really helpful staff, understanding of an issue I had with their delivery partner which meant that they had to resend me a a new set of plates and V750 document, which they did very quickly.
