“I have an account with Lion. I placed two orders within a few hours of one another, sadly forgetting some items from the first order, the first was well over the free delivery level and one under. Both were sent out and arrived together. So I politely asked for the delivery charge to be creditied and was met with some rather arroganant response and was told "seperate orders are seperate orders" !! The credit was not availbe. its on £10 . Cleary they're not fussed about my business even as an account holder. Very disaponted with the credit controllers response and his attitude to this request.”

“Lion have a wide range of products, an easy to navigate website and same day dispatch. I've always had excellent service and on the one occasion a moulding was damaged in transit, the replacement was sent out the same day without charge, which was much appreciated. Thank you!”

“Thank you so much for helping me to work out my first order mistakes and for re-ordering the right sizes after sales helped on the phone…. with the tolerance added for tray framing! Now I know that tolerance is added for glass, not tray frames, I will be much more careful with my measuring tape! Great customer service and patience with a novice!”

“First time order from LION - the delivery arrived as promised and was very well packaged up to keep it safe. I used the Chop service, which costs a bit more but gives you a perfect size frame and with perfect 45° corner cuts. Much easier to get it cut to the exact inner picture size dimensions than I could ever have achieved. My daughter's 6,000 piece jigsaw which she had glued down piece by piece, is now safely framed. Easy to order online, and much more affordable than paying for someone else to do the framing. Would definitely use again if needed.”
