I have an account with Lion. I placed two orders within a few hours of one another, sadly forgetting some items from the first order, the first was well over the free delivery level and one under. Both were sent out and arrived together. So I politely asked for the delivery charge to be creditied and was met with some rather arroganant response and was told "seperate orders are seperate orders" !!
The credit was not availbe. its on £10 . Cleary they're not fussed about my business even as an account holder. Very disaponted with the credit controllers response and his attitude to this request.
