“I had a policy for my Audi TT, I called to update my address and was given a quote for £9200 on a car worth only ~£2,000. Are they really expecting me to write it off completely every 2-3 months?? When I told them I can't pay the additional amount, they cancelled my policy and charged me a fee. This company is an absolute joke. I'd stay clear if I were you.”
“I am writing this to warn anyone considering using Go Girl or Sabre Insurance. Their complete failure to properly fight a clear-cut, non-fault claim has cost me hundreds of pounds and stopped my daughter from being able to learn to drive.
While driving out of a Lidl car park, another driver pulled out of a junction without looking. I stopped my car and blew my horn, but he still drove directly into me. The other driver was with Haven Insurance, and I uploaded every single piece of information, including clear photos of the damage, to Go Girl.
Instead of actually doing their jobs and chasing Haven Insurance to pay for the damage, Sabre quietly outsourced my claim to Enterprise. Enterprise immediately binned the case because they claimed the info passed to them was "low quality"—despite my claim report proving that every single detail and photo was right there.
Because Enterprise dropped it, Sabre simply closed the claim as a "£0 non-fault" and washed their hands of it. They never bothered to tell me. I had to do all the chasing around myself just to find out what happened.
By taking the lazy way out and failing to actually recover costs from the guilty driver's insurance, they have left a permanent accident marker on my record. My renewal skyrocketed by £500, forcing me to take my daughter off the policy. Even when shopping around, a clean record quote of £700 shot up to £950 the second I had to declare this incident.
I am now paying more for insurance, and my daughter can no longer take driving lessons, all because someone drove into me and my own insurers couldn’t be arsed to do the administrative legwork to hold the other driver accountable. Appalling communication, nonexistent service, and zero support for their customers.”
“I strongly advise everyone to think twice before insuring their car with this company.
My experience has been extremely disappointing. I paid £8,500 for one year of insurance, and when my car was stolen and I tried to make a claim, it was refused with what I believe were unreasonable justifications.
Communication has been inconsistent and unhelpful, and I have found the entire process very stressful and frustrating.
As a result, I am now taking this matter further and pursuing legal action to recover my losses, including the value of my stolen vehicle and the distress caused.
Please be cautious and carefully consider your options before choosing this insurer.”

“This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with.
They took £8,500 for one year from my ex-wife, and in the end, they refused to pay her any compensation using excuses — even though her car was worth £42,000.
They kept her case open for 7 months, claiming the police report was not ready, just so they could make sure they received the full yearly premium.
I strongly recommend that you do NOT sign any contract with this company.
She is now preparing to take them to court and file a legal claim against this terrible insurance company.”

“Awful customer service. Rang in to let them know that my employment had changed just three weeks before the policy is due to end to be told I have to pay an additional £93. Asked for a renewal quote and they said they couldn't until I had paid the £93. I bought insurance elswhere and won't go back to this shambles”

“Awful insurance company, cheap when you have a learner on your insurance but when they go from provisional to full licence the premium is more than double most other insurance companies.
This is clearly their business plan, make it cheap to have a learner and then extortionate as soon as they pass, and probably hope most people will just suck up the cost.
Laughable seeing as they market themselves as insurance for women and new drivers!”

“Shocking, £700 for 2 weeks. Appalling customer service. A women going by the name of ‘Aha Fa’ was very rude on the phone. Told us multiple different things to a different member of staff. Wouldn’t tell us details over the phone and ended the call on us. £700 for 2 weeks of insurance on a small engined vehicle. Shocking insurance provider. Definitely don’t reccomend.”
