I ordered them to be delivered anytime during the day, they were in fact delivered before 9.0 o'clock in the morning cannot ask for anything better. Hugely disappointing. The flowers delivered did not resemble the quality shown in the picture. I telephoned Arena to tell them and they could only do something if we sent a picture. The flowers were an anniversary gift to my sister; I felt embarrassed to ask my sister for a picture as I sensed her reluctance to complain, as that would only compound my distress. I shall now leave it but would not use Arena again. Stephanie of Arena was apologetic and tried to help but was restricted by the guidelines laid down to produce a picture. IMHO, when a client complains about the quality, the onus is on the retailer to know themselves what was sent out and not to request a picture as evidence. I have bought previously from Arena without issue.

I am disappointed that you should cancel my order instead of allowing me to pay additional delivery cost within the UK if that was required. We are well used to that in Scotland, which I understand is also still part of the United Kingdom

Really disappointing flowers.
I sent flowers to my niece for her GCSE results. After a day or so I didn't understand why she had not sent a photo of them. I asked my sister and she said it was because they didn't want to tell me since I sent them but they were all wilted and past their best.
I called and emailed the company and they said they 'wouldn't' send flowers in that state. But the point is they did! Total waste of money and a ruined treat for my niece.
Arena Flowers website and service is very a quick and easy to use with a good selection for a reasonable price. The service is amazing - you can track everything at a click of a button to know exactly what's what and to review your order! Plus the flower have always been great. Great site that I will always use to delivery flowers.

My Mum had flowers delivered by Arena , from us in Australia through the online page , they were the best flowers y Mom has ever had from us , an l send my Mom flowers on a regular basis , so l know they must have been good , an the delivery was the first up on the morning they were due to be delivered , she , an I , were very happy , she sent me a photo on Facebook and they looked stunning , so thank you very much for allowing me to touch my Mom's heart from the other side of the planet oxoxox
Great lovely flowers, and their prices are very reasonable. They do special offers and you may also find discount codes online which are always a bonus. I really love their displays and quality of flowers
HOWEVER their delivery company (Yodel) is so terrible that it may not be worth placing an order. Flowers that were meant to be received between 8am to 6pm arrived just before 7.30pm, and there was no communication at all for the whole day. Do a search for Yodel reviews and you will see many have had similar if not worse experiences. Arena flowers you'd do really well to switch companies
Dead flowers?! These were dead right off the bat. Check all the other one star reviews on here. Makes you wonder if the positive ones are made up. I emailed the founder of this company, Will Wynne, via LinkedIn. He ignored every one of my emails, so he clearly doesn't care about his customers and isn't prepared to make amends when things go so wring. What a shambles of a company!
