“First order from Swaledale. Very impressed. This is a classic old fashioned ‘proper’ butchers sausage with a subtle aniseed undertone from the fennel. Absolutely gorgeous. I roasted them with some roast baby potatoes and served on a bed of homemade ratatouille. Best sausage I’ve tasted in a long while and makes me want to try other sausages from Swaledale butchers.
