“This was an excellent Christmas roast. The wrapping of pork belly preserved the moisture despite my timing/oven failing to cook the roast through in time, so spent the final 20 minutes at 180C on fan-assist. The ground pork spicing is lovely and permeates the rest of the roast without overpowering the roast pork deliciousness. Served thinly sliced with freshly baked sourdouch focaccia and a green salad.”

Regarding the stuffing, you’re right in that our stuffing is not entirely traditional - however it is inspired by traditional flavours. This is referenced in the description, ingredients and imagery, so hopefully clear before purchasing.
