“This was excellent. I'm not given to superlatives or exaggeration- but this Porchetta was extremely well put together and bound- the quality of the pork was excellent and the stuffing complimented it beautifully. Also helpful having roasting suggestions on line. Ideally the 'skin/crackling' would have been 'scored' much more but I was able to score the skin additionally which worked out very well in the end.
It was also delicious.”
