“I like the flavour of lambs liver but have found it fiddly to eat as you have to navigate around all the tubes it contains. Having purchased It from Swaledale I discovered that not all lambs liver is the same! I have no idea why it is different but perhaps Swaledale can tell us.”
“When ordering multible items such as 4 packs of Lambs liver - only 2 packs contained dark lambs liver.
The other 2 packs contained much lighter colour liver. I think it was from a much older lamb ? .
It was off putting. The Liver tasted OK.”
