Very tasty lambs liver, and for something different fried it with onions, chopped bacon, and chopped courgettes, mushrooms, with marsala wine added at the end and light philadelphia cheese to make it creamy and served up on a bed of tagliatelle...really tasty!

I prefer calve's liver but it wasn't available. This is too strongly flavoured for me and much less tender than calves
