“This meat is simply fabulous. Marinated in garlic & herbs then slow roasted for 12 hours the meat was beautifully succulent and the flavour was stunning. It easily fed 8 people, with plenty of leftovers. My guests were blown away.

I marinaded it in Moroccan spices and cooked it long and slow on my kamado, rested it, pulled it apart and enjoyed it with couscous, salad, and some cubed new potatoes dusted with sea salt, black pepper and smoked paprika and gently roasted in OO and butter... fantastic if I say so myself.”
