“These Swaledale steak strips are very tasty tender and lean. My favourite dish at the momment is to stir fry strips of peppers,mushrooms and onions and then add and lightly fry the steak strips and then I cheat adding a colmans instant packet of beef stroganoff which I have heated up and pour over and serve on a bed of rice. Very tasty.”
