“Really tender tasty beef. It comes in quite large strips so you may want to chop it up a bit for some dishes, my only criticism would be that the pieces are quite uneven sizes so there's a risk it might cook unevenly if you use them as they come. I chopped mine up into bitesize pieces with a pair of kitchen scissors and made gyudon (Japanese beef rice bowls), then fried up the small amount I had left the next day with soy sauce etc to top a bowl of congee (rice porridge).”
