“I have made a fabulous stew in my slow cooker with the short rib of beef. It fell off the bone. I did add the shin of beef too . The whole thing was amazing. I usually give a portion to my elderly neighbour whenever I make stew, but on this occasion, I kept the lot for myself!!! The flavour and texture was fabulous.”
