“Very interesting to try this. I used the long slow cooking method (about 12 hours in bottom aga). Although it smelt quite strong, it actually has a lovely rounded flavour, very tender. Definitely one I will buy again.”
“I marinated one of my hearts in balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, red chilli, and thyme and seared it. Wonderful! With this approach, I think the thinner the slices, the better.
