“Huge heart (nearly 3.5 kg) so consider how much freezer space you have and probably cut it up when you get it to freeze some. Great value for money for the amount of lean meat that you get. Great cut into thin slices, tossed in flour and super quickly fried over high heat for a beef stroganoff, barely have to show it the pan and super tender. Suet good for rendering down and making little crispy bits. Any offcuts good for stock. I imagine it would also be great cut into thinnish pieces and breadcrumbed/fried. I am going to try slow cooking some too. Super versatile and would be a great option for people on a budget. Cool to see the anatomy of a whole heart too”
