I haven't used my most recent delivery but I have purchased them previously and they were wonderful! I roast the bones in the oven first then transfer them to a large pot with water and simmer them for a couple of hours to extract all the flavour and goodness. Reduce the volume as much as required to intensify the Taste. Delicious!

Beef bones arrived well bagged and sealed in manageable pieces for making the beef stock. Oven roasted followed by long slow simmer in stock pot on the hob . Addition of seasonal herbs, vegetables and water made the most dark coloured and smelling stock. Cooked, skimmed off any scum and fats then poured into freezer bags. Great for a dreached winters day!
