I get rich bone broth with these bones. I even scrape off the meat after the long, slow sieving to add it into my stew. They bring a better flavour and joy in eating soups or stews as well as flavouring my sauces and cooked grains.

Absolutely fantastic to make pure, umami bone broth after slow-cooking it for about 4 hours. It brings so much to my cooking experience, whether in sauces, soups and cooking enriched rice and whole oats, even smoothies! I like making use of every part of an animal to make sure nothing goes to waste, and I appreciate Swaledale Butchers ensuring that I can use those spare parts. Thank you!
