“Fantastic service and amazing results. The brisket arrived well packaged within a couple of days. I am new to smoking and haven't previously managed to replicate the amazing smoked briskets you find on YouTube. Until now. Using a basic offset smoker, some chunks of apple wood and a simple seasoning of salt and pepper I started early on Sunday morning. Checking and topping up the fire every hour or two, 5 hours later I wrapped the brisket in foil for a further 4 hours. Then let it rest for about half an hour. The results were incredible. A crispy bark and tender juicy meat inside with a perfect smoke ring. Due to the size I thought the meat would last a while but it was virtually all polished off in one sitting it was so good. My wife and kids couldn't get enough. Next time I'm going for a bigger piece!”
