Very succulent and tasty when griddled for four minutes a side and rested for seven minutes - much more flavour than the average fillet steak!

First time cooked a babette steak and it was awesome!! As per recipe instructions on website, counted for total 8 minutes since I like it medium rare and rested for 5 minutes covered. Served with chimichurri and it was gone in a minute!!

Still finding this a tasty steak. But, we always feel disappointed with how chewy it can be. We think it’s something to do with our cooking though we do follow your instructions. Last night my husbands was fine mine was in parts inedible. Help!

Excellent cut, no fat and was eaten medium-rare. Delicious cut of meat.
