“What a great experience. The order process was very smoothe and helped me make sure that I had my measurements correct before manufacture! The delivery timescales were reasonable for a bespoke product. The delivery, however, had a problem and there was damage. Your heart sinks in these situations. The delivery had been a week before and I had not noticed the packaging was damaged. The response from Jupiterblue was exemplorary. No questions, no quibbles and even an apology that it would take time to make and ship a completely new product. In actuality, it was only about a week to 10 days and the new loft-hatch was delivered .. perfect. Two idiots (my wife and I!) were able to install it without issue (well we had to do it twice as I had it around the wrong way first time!) ... but it is now in, looks great.”
