“Made to order, perfect clean fit, loft hole sorted. The 25mm lip was just right after removing the existing wooden frame and architrave, just requiring a bit of sanding and painting about 5-10mm of plasterboard to blend with the flat brushed artex. One gripe was price, but understand the manufacturing process and jig adjustments might be complex and time consuming! All in all, way better than a piece of planted chipboard floorboard with cabinet hinges and a ugly plastic catch knob!”
