“Between ordering and delivery, we could not find a fault. Only issue we had was the courier who decided to damage the 1st loft hatch and then cover it up badly. We got in contact with the sales team and provided photos of the packaging and damaged corner and without any fuss or fanfare another made to measure hatch was sent out. Installed it today and couldn’t be happier. Great product and would highly recommend. Many thanks”
