IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

“IQ mobile has been really good apart from increasing the prices for international data from £20 to £75 for 100gb. I do not mind paying extra, but an extra £55 for data is a rip off”

“We seem to use data at a very fast rate. 25GB in Europe isn't good enough for us. Are you going to improve this? Your customer support surpasses ever other company. I will be very sad if i have to leave you.”

“As a motorhome traveller I am disappointed with the new roaming restrictions of only 25% of my data available when travelling in Europe. Also, the 3 month limit that is on roaming does not really cover the fact that we can actually be away in Europe for two 3 month periods in any 12 months.”

“I have recently purchased the ZTE U50 IQ Go. The process was very smooth. The setup was extremely easy and straight forward and I used it 1100mls tour around the UK. We had at least 4G everywhere and a considerable amount of 5G time also. We streamed TV as well. No issues. Very pleased with the set up. I had to top up data on one occasion which caused a slight hiccup only because I read the process wrong. Good company with ready access to customer advice both before and after purchase.”

“We needed data whilst travelling through France & Italy. All was going well, until you had to comply with the fare usage limits. Unfortunately for us, that was very disappointing, and having to purchase mare data 30 gb, and only being able to use 7.5gb of that capacity, ended up being too expensive. Hopefully you might be able to find another data supplier, for our next overseas travels, or I won’t be using IQ again. With the fare usage restrictions.”
