IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

“Been using the IQ Go now for nearly a year for our static caravan. It simply ‘does what it says on the tin’. I recently had to come down to the van at short notice, bought a further add-on and WhatsApp’d them to activate it urgently and had a reply quickly with the activation done. Their customer service is of the highest level, I would recommend them unreservedly.”
