IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

“Excellent customer service even out of hours. Why would you use anyone else other than IQ Go for your data requirements. Never had an issue with coverage whether in UK or France. Others may be a few pence cheaper, however if you want complete peace of mind why go through all the hassle to save literally a couple of £’s across your monthly holiday.”

“Data sims seem a little above the average although not a huge selection, for me the best thing about IQGO are the poeple on the end of the phone in Bath, had to make some iinqurise which were dealt with very well.”

“Recently bought a ZTE mobile router with a 30G data sim to use in our campervan whilst away...I was skeptical if I would get any TV reception over wifi,but amazingly I was a able to watch TV of a night time after a along day trekking....This was in the northern tip of the Isle of Skye and in the Scottish Highlands surrounded by mountains....Router was all set ready to go...Ordering data online is simple, if you put in the correct sim number that is , but I made a mistake by putting in the wrong sim card number, and a quick e mail to customer service and the matter was resolved immediately...Will be using IQ mobile again...5 stars...”
