IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

“We bought a SIM card and data bolt on for our Motorhome router as we were travelling to Europe for an extended holiday. Both have worked really well since we have been away and any technical issues* we have had along the way have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. Their customer service is excellent and I would highly recommend them. * Technical issues we had were ‘our end’ and were nothing to do with the SIM card or the bolt on purchased. They related to changing some parameters on our router setting. Customer service were excellent and were able to guide you through the process of altering any settings.”

“Excellent customer service even out of hours. Why would you use anyone else other than IQ Go for your data requirements. Never had an issue with coverage whether in UK or France. Others may be a few pence cheaper, however if you want complete peace of mind why go through all the hassle to save literally a couple of £’s across your monthly holiday.”
