“Halo replacement charger is the only one that works with my Halo vacuum. I tried sourcing what I thought would be a suitable, cheaper replacement on Amazon (generic) but it proved to be incompatible with Halo and resulted in an immediate failure to charge the machine. The machine kept cutting out and the red light error flashed. When I used the correct Halo charger the issue was resolved.”

“Charger works perfectly fine. The issue is the cord becomes frayed exposing bare wires close to the transformer box after a couple of years being used.”

“Out with the old & in with the X! I've had a Halo Capsule for years now. Back then I wanted a cordless alternative to those made by a well-known cyclone company. And boy did the Capsule deliver! I used it in our home & our two holiday apartments all those years and it never let me down once. It appeared to die recently so I contacted the company to confirm my diagnosis, which they promptly did. Great customer service again! What next? A replacement or upgrade?! I went with the latter and the X is such a great machine. It feels a bit more powerful but typically easy to handle & use. Five stars from me for both machine utility and customer service!”

“We had an original Halo for over two years and we were very happy with it. Unfortunately the battery failed on it . On ringing Halo their excellent Customer Service offered us a deal on a new Halo Capsule X which we took. We are really pleased with the Halo and look forward to many more years using it.”
