“Because the Halo has no stand and is not stable when leant against something, the charger has broken twice at the point where it plugs into the cleaner. The cleaner needs to be more stable (the steamer I have will stay upright on its own if I put it down and pull the handle slightly forward) or the plug more robust. Am now having trouble with the brush not rotating!”

“Excellent and manoeuvrable little vacuum. The use of bags is so much better than trying to empty and clean out the canister type of cordless vacuums and I really like that the bags are biodegradable. The powered head works well on carpets and it also seems effective on hard floors with this switched off. My only small criticism is that the battery life could be better, particularly when using higher power settings. To be fair I don't think it's any worse than any of the other models I have used but definitely an area for R&D. Otherwise a great product, particularly as a first generation one, and definitely good value.”
