“This is the second replacement charger I have purchased as the part that goes into the appliance has twice perished and has caused sparking and then not worked. I have sent an email to customer service saying i was disappointed that i have needed to buy this twice but customer service have not responded. The appliance will now only run for a few minutes after each charge and I am reluctant to spend any more money on it”
