“This is a replacement charger as the Jack plug snapped off the original within a year or so. I hope the same doesn’t happen again. Also, the vac generally is good (although it’s also a replacement as the original only held a charge for 5 minutes, apart from being very difficult to detach from the long tube with the silly plastic button. In retrospect we would have bought a different make.”

“This review is for the halo. It has gone wrong and taken 2 weeks for a part to arrive which has still not fixed the problem. You can't talk to anyone because they are not selling halos apparently and the online/ email correspondence seems to have dried up too. So I have a halo in warranty and useless. Looks like that money was wasted.”

“The charger is the weak link with the halo capsule. This is the third charger we have had for the vac in less than 2 years. Due to the constant connecting and disconnecting when you use the vac, the wire cracks near the end where it connects to the vac and eventually the copper wire breaks too.”
