“Bigger, more powerful, larger bag but with adaptor so we can still use the old size dust bags. What's not to like? Just like version one, it takes a bit of time to work out how to hold it and at what angle it is most comfortable at. We were offered the new version at a very large reduction as the head brush bearing was burning out with some regularity. I think it should have been cleared of dust on a more regular basis, and the subsequent friction caused problems. It is a shame you can't get replacement brushes, only replacement heads which are currently out of stock. The new version comes apart much more readily to change accessories. Previous version was a bit stiff and reluctant. Battery allows me to run hoover round the whole house without a problem (9 rooms, hall and stairs). Easy enough to take apart and use in car.”

“I contacted Halo with a problem with my previous Halo Capsule and they offered me a really good deal on a new Capsule X as a replacement (great customer service). It came quickly, as promised, and went together well. I lioke having a separate battery and, although there seems to be less tools some are two in one which is good and makes for easier storage. The cleaning power seems better than before with a longer battery life between charges. All in all a great product.”

“First off, the company is pretty fantastic. They respond to inquiries quickly and work hard to find solutions to any issues I have had. I recently upgrades to the New Capsule X and I really like it. It's lighter than the original Halo and it feels more balanced. The light on the front is really great. The click on parts come on and off a bit smoother as well. I still worry a tiny bit about the head of the vacuum in that the tube that runs from it up to the main neck is plastic, which with the halo broke and needed to be taped/replaced. I would have also liked to see a better way to clean the head/brush as well. Having the option to fully wipe it out would result in 5 stars! Happy though regardless with our purchase!”

“I am disappointed in the performance of the halo vacuum cleaner. It is not picking up nearly as well as I had hoped after reading good reviews and not as well as other vacuum cleaners I have used in the past. Plus, once you add the battery, it feels heavier and more cumbersome than I was expecting.”

“My earlier capsule failed and need a 'refresh'. This wasn't available -apparently. So I got the capsule x value bundle at reduced price from them because of this. It arrived and the battery didn't work. They replaced the battery.Then the brush head didn't work! They replaced the brush head motor. individual staff members were very helpful but. I haven't got off to a very good start with this For both functions to be dead on one machine. Isn't very impressive. However, if it performs like the other one did, I will be a little happier.”

“Brullant cordless vacuum, the only reason I fid not give it 5 stars was because the boost option unfortunately only lasts 9 minutes before recharge. Everything else I can't fault. Dealing with customer service was excellent and efficient.”
