“Am quite happy with the new Capsule X vacuum but to use it for high dusting (eg cobwebs) is prohibitive because of the weight. Now the battery is outside, it makes the cleaner much heavier and as an elderly person I do not have the strength in the arms to lift the machine to reach the ceiling level. Otherwise I am content with the vacuum cleaner. I would have been happier to have the one purchased in 2021 repaired but as that wasn't an option I was glad to accept the offer on th Capsule X. Is there somewhere to have the original Halo Capsule Vacuum repaired?”

“This product is far inferior to its earlier model the capsule. The battery looks ugly and limits holding position and on one charge only lasts 2.5 minutes on standard use not turbo anything. It also has an inferior suction and leaves a trail behind in its wake. I can not recommend this product upgrade at all”

“This is a great replacement to the Halo, much more powerful and more like a regular upright cleaner. Mrs now says she doesn't use the bigger machine as often now (just once in a whilse for a deeper clean) - I find this super powerful and does the job. Not only do I use this at home but I also take this to work with me to clean a coach and it does a wonderul job, with a spare battery, I am never out of power!”

“A very efficient machine. The Halo made short work of the need to tidy up after work done by builders in the house. The bigger battery is a bonus too as it lasts a good long time.”

“Seems as powerful as the previous metal one. Cleaning on main brush good as before. Brush attachment not so effective by design, it lifts dust but doesn't suck it up from bristles. Starting delay something to get used to. It's supposed to be lighter, but I don't think so. Have given my old one away so can't compare. Hard to release brush roller, but good design with groove in it to lever out hairs along the recess, so don't need to struggle to remove it. Easier to release push buttons than previous one, frequent complaints. No restarting problems after emptying bag, unlike previous one. No engine failures either. Hopefully fault free, unlike previous ones.”

“This new style is lighter than the old style. Having the battery on the top of the hoover can be annoying but,I understand why they have done this so it can be switched out if there’s a problem . On the whole for a quick hoover around it does the job The new style doesn’t seem as well made as the old one but time will tell . I’m not sure it’s value for money and seems overpriced for what you get .”
