“Vaccum is good, good suction but heavy. With the battery pack at the top there is a lot of weight which is uncomfortable on the hand holding and the rubbing of the thumb against the plastic. The older one was far more comfortable.”

“I bought the new Capsule X Vacuum Value Bundle and absolutely love it!! I'm disabled and find most vacuum cleaners to be too heavy but this one is really light and easy for me to use. The suction on both wooden floors and carpet are excellent and the addition of lights when using the brush is very helpful. Customer Services were excellent after I had an issue with my previous vacuum. I'd absolutely recommend this machine 100%!!”
