“This is the second Capsule I have used. I was happy with the first one I bought, it did the job well, but unfortunately the switch that operated the brush for carpet cleaning failed. Since the machine was still under warranty at about 18 months old, I claimed for repair, but instead was offered a completely new machine, if prepared to wait until the updated model was available, to which I agreed. I am pleased with the updated model, which has very good suction, and carpet cleaning ability. It is not particularly light, and would require a strong arm to be used for anything above head height, but overall is a good cordless vacuum.”

“Excellent suction, a little stiff to remove the section's from each other ,when you want to empty hoover bag push hard just below where it says push here ,also a little difficult to line up hoover bag. But once you get hang of it easily done .”

“Don't like it. Very awkward to hold, base keeps clicking back to fixed horizontal. Not as good suction as previous wonderful model Halo. Feels like shorter base.”
