“The customer service is horrendous, I have contacted them twice , to share that my adapter is sparking sparks and could they replace it, I did not hear anything back from them, so I ended up purchasing another adapter. It finally arrived and its not compatible to the UK outlet. I am outraged by the lack of customer service. I will never buy from this company again”

“Really impressed with most of the functions. Very light and easy to manoeuvre. However when the pouch is full the red light isn’t coming on to indicate it’s full. Am I doing something wrong?”

“Very efficient . Once used to all the weight being at the handle end , it easy to use. Very god suction on carpets . Can do the house on one charge. Not yet had to change the bag but don't foresee any problems and hopefully les messy then our old cleaner”
