“I am delighted with my Halo capsule. My first one received was faulty but a replacement was sent immediately. It is well made, lightweight and easy to use and change attachments. It doesn’t stand on its own and I haven’t yet fixed the wall bracket yet.”

“I love love loved my Halo Capsule. Originally purchased it as a Which recommended 'Best Buy' to replace a Hoover cylinder that was over 30 years old, (still worked but I couldn't get a replacement hose for!) Unfortunately, only had my Capsule 2 years when the battery failed to recharge and I waited in vain for a year for a (reasonably priced) replacement which they would fit. Great scheme but, with still no replacement in sight after 13 months, (Halo offered a brand new Capsule instead at replacement battery scheme price) I accepted the replacement although it guts me that the old one, in perfect condition, sits in a cupboard for want of a battery. I do hate this disposable society we've become. Hence 4 not 5 stars although the Capsule itself was/is 5*+ imho!!!! It's the only vacuum that actually picks up my long hairs without impeding performance. Lightweight, yet great capacity. So well designed - I love it.”

“Find this vacuum light easy to manoeuvre and picks up pretty well use it mainly on flat carpet. So easy to charge. Enjoy using it instead of getting out big bulky hoover, especially when there's not much mess. Definitely recommend this vacuum.”

“On delivery it didn't work waited for 3 appointments to pick it up that was 2weeks ago still waiting for a refund have ring still waiting for them to get back to me . Worst customer ever !”
