“All good, but my only complaint is the hard floor head wasn’t included and we had to buy it extra. With most people nowadays having hard floors it just seemed like it should be part of the deal, and made clear when advertising. Also watch out for the wall bracket, never take off the bottom bit whilst still on the bracket, it’s only held in by balance and ours nearly smashed on the floor. Damaged but ok thankfully otherwise money down the drain. Would have preferred it was clipped in so this couldn’t happen. Overall it’s a good hoover.”

“Disappointed that there is no smaller brush to vacuum the stairs, I find the brush provided not easy to operate on the stairs. It picks up bits on my carpet extremely wellI but at present Iam still comparing it to my Dyson. Will let you know if I decide to keep it or buy another Dyson.”
