“Bought the Halo Capsule after reading several performance reviews, including the endorsements by Which ? and Housekeeping Institute. I was particularly attracted by the convenience of disposable dust bags which makes disposal of dust so much easier and no mess. The dust bags also offer much greater capacity and no need to empty after every cleaning session. However, I find that the device is much heavier than advertised and the operating handle is clearly sited in the wrong place (compared to Dyson products). This makes it rather unwieldy when using on a staircase, even with the long tube removed. When it was fully charged it failed to operate on the longer pile carpet in one bedroom. The brush ceased to operate and it was clearly overloaded on both low and high settings. The performance on shorter pile carpet is OK so far. I will persist with the Halo but unfortunately, it does fall a bit short of my expectations.”

“Cleans very well - our cleaning lady says that it is better than a Dyson (don't know model). Battery life is good and the whole thing feels well built. I like the capsule bag idea, much better than messy bagless. 'Which' said it is noisy but it seems normal for a vac.”

“Been looking for this product for some time & luckily have purchased online trouble free and delighted with it. So light & easy to use. Holds its charge for such a long time in between charging. Suction is superb & am glad to go back to emptying a bag. So pleased also that it's made in the UK, proud to own this product. Well done to designer/manufacturer.”

“Limited experience but feels like a classypiece of kit. It is light, ultra versatile, has loadsa power and cannot be overcharged. When full it enters sleep mode. Brilliant.”

“Fantastic vacuum with the included tools adding to it's undoubted value for money. I have also purchased the flexible hose extension that makes "dusting" a breeze. The only thing missing in my view is a soft rotary brush that could be used on delicate flooring / carpet. The included brush is far to aggressive to use on my thick wool looped carpet.”

“Thank you for the chance to comment on the Halo cleaner. We find it heaver and harder to manoeuvre than my existing Dyson v6 and the only reason I have not returned it is that it will be easier for my wife and I to empty in the future.”
