“I have my Halo for about two years and, because of its quality and reliability, I have now purchased one for a friend. It is no nonsense vacuum cleaner, being totally manoeuvrable and simple to use. Fitted with a dust pouch, so no unsightly grime/dust when using, the pouch is easily replaced and lasts me about four months. No doubt about it, now that I have turned my back on a power lead vacuum life is much sweeter.”

“Still unsure if I am keeping this vacuum. I have 30 days to return. I bought it because one day I used my sister's capsule and I thought it was better than my dyson. I bought this product after recently buying a Henry. I thought the capsule would be less clumsy which it is. I am unsure how I feel about the suction on the flooring I find I have to go over it several times and lift it up off the ground so it will pick up crumbs. The head is also pretty small so does not cover large areas. Its a little clumsy to remove the attachment for quick suction in corners. I do however like the suction on my carpet. It glides very easily, and my carpet feels clean. I only have one carpet that's why I am undecided if it's the right vacuum for me”

“Using the Capscule vacuum is so much easier . It is lighter to handle and the quality of cleaning is excellent. Carrying it up and downstairs is so much better. I probably should have got a flexitube as well. Also maybe more pouches.”
