“Je suis sincèrement ravie de ce produit, croyez-moi cela fait des années que je n'arrive pas à trouver un produit qui me convient, cela fonctionne quelques jours et après ma peau revient comme avant, grasse etc.... Avec le Claricleanes AHA&BHA ma peau est normale, ENFIN! Elle ne graisse plus, il m'a considérablement diminué mes points noirs et ayant habituellement un grain de peau granuleux, je re-découvrir enfin une peau toute douce, tous les jours grâce à ce produit! J'en suis plus que satisfaite, vraiment c'est un excellent produit!”

“I love this product, my face feels squeaky clean afterwards. I don't use it every day, maybe once a week and leave it on for a minute. But the packaging?! I understand Facetheory wanted more sustainable packaging but the new tubes would definitely put me off buying in the future. I'm fairly dexterous having to do fiddly things in the back of a moving vehicle for as my job. But being in the shower while trying to put the lid back on these tubes is incredibly frustrating! The cream continues to come out the top, the lid is really difficult to thread on and it's really small and easy to drop. I'm astounded by the new packaging for the whole range, did no one test it first? It really is awful and feels like FT have shot themselves in the foot. Please change your packaging! I'm lucky I have the old bottle packaging for my other FT facewash so I can decant that one at least. The packaging really is unbelievable and sadly I'm sure it will affect your business which is a shame as your products are great.”

“The new packing just isn't it. I've been using facetheory products for like 6 years now. It transformed my face and got rid of all my issues. Took a break from the products, ordered not too long ago and noticed the new paste packing. I get the reason but I'm not a fan of them.”

“Not as good as last exfoliator not as rough unless I've chosen the wrong one but still using it as a cleanser do not like the tubes would rather have tubs”

It sounds like you might be referring to one of our other exfoliators with a more textured formula (Double Glow Exfoliating Face & Body Scrub). ClariCleanse is designed as a gentle chemical exfoliant rather than a physical scrub, which could explain the smoother consistency you noticed. We’ve also updated some packaging to lightweight tubes for easier use and to help reduce packaging waste, but we understand some customers still prefer jars.
